A good complaint identifies the recipient, gives the applicant's details and a chronology of events, identifies the violation, requests an investigation or restoration of a right, and lists the attachments.

What to include in your inquiry

  • who is contacting us and how to contact you;
  • when and what happened;
  • which documents support the circumstances;
  • where you have already sought assistance and what responses you received;
  • what result you need.
There is no need for emotional wording. It is better to briefly state dates, documents, officials' surnames and inquiry reference numbers.

When to ask for assistance

If you do not understand which document is needed, where to submit a complaint, how to formulate your demands or which time limits apply, send your question by email.
