Who may receive free legal assistance
The guiding criteria are the categories of citizens and cases provided for by the law on free legal aid, as well as inquiries of social importance.
Main categories
- low-income citizens;
- persons with Group I and Group II disabilities;
- veterans, Heroes of the Russian Federation and Heroes of the USSR;
- children with disabilities, orphans, persons from among them and their representatives;
- older citizens and persons with disabilities residing in social care institutions;
- citizens affected by an emergency;
Which documents may be needed
Passport, proof of category, documents concerning the dispute, contracts, correspondence, responses from authorities, notices, photographs, records and court documents.
