Cookie and Technical Data Policy

1. Scope

1.1. This document describes the technical setup of https://svirinprobono.ru/. The Operator is Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722; address: 117647, Moscow, P.O. Box 15. Contact: zapros@svirinprobono.ru.

2. Current technical tools

2.1. Cookies are small browser records that may be sent to a website with subsequent requests. localStorage is storage on the device without automatic transmission of each entry to the server or a built-in deletion period.

2.2. The Website consists of pages and inquiries by email; web inquiry forms are disabled and the FORMSESSID cookie is not used. A separate analytics choice panel has been added. The site_analytics_choice_v2 cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) and localStorage site-analytics-choice-v2 save only the choice for 180 days. The code deletes an expired local entry on the next visit or check on an open page; a closed browser cannot be cleared remotely. Counter 110490104 is not loaded until retention periods have been checked and separate permission saved.

2.3. The “Write an email” button hands control to your email application. The consent page may prefill the text of a separate email, but it is not sent automatically. Your chosen email application and its own cookies are governed by its terms; this does not remove the Operator's duties after receiving the data.

3. Technical data without cookies

3.1. To deliver a page, the server receives the IP address, request time and address, necessary browser information and the request processing result. This information may be contained in security logs.

3.2. The purpose is operation and protection of the Website; the ground is clause 7 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, subject to respect for the data subject's rights and freedoms. Ordinary logs are retained for no more than 30 calendar days. Information about a specific incident is retained longer only on an independent ground, to the necessary extent and for the necessary period.

3.3. These logs are not used for optional behavioural analytics or advertising on that ground. The absence of cookies does not rule out processing of the IP address and other connection information.

4. Managing data

4.1. Browser settings allow you to view and delete a particular site's data, block cookies and clear local storage. Menu names vary. Clearing only cookies may not delete localStorage.

4.2. Deleting browser data does not delete emails or server logs. Requests concerning that data should be sent to zapros@svirinprobono.ru and are considered under the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Changes to the technical setup

5.1. Before introducing counters, external widgets or other additional tools, the Operator identifies the actual data, record names, purposes, recipients, periods and processing ground, and updates the documents. If consent is required, the corresponding processing begins only after the visitor makes a separate choice.

5.2. Continuing to browse pages, closing a message or sending an inquiry does not constitute consent to future analytics. Changes to a document do not change the scope of consent already given.

Counter and connection status

A dedicated Yandex Metrica counter No. 110490104 is specified for svirinprobono.ru. The number was provided by the Operator. Analytics collection is disabled until compliance with the established data retention periods has been checked. Saving a visitor's choice does not itself enable the counter. After the check, it may run only with separate saved consent; following refusal, no loading or new analytics requests occur. Webvisor is disabled.

6. Analytics records and managing the choice

After separate consent and activation of the counter, Metrica cookies may be used: _ym_uid and _ym_d — up to 1 year, _ym_isad — up to 20 hours, _ym_metrika_enabled — up to 60 minutes. The records used depend on the service's functions; the full current list is in: Yandex documentation. Webvisor is disabled; this configuration does not use _ym_visorc_*. Cookie duration differs from the data retention period on servers.

Analytics settings are available in the footer. Refusal stops counter activation and new analytics requests. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data previously received by the service: requests should be sent using the Policy's contact details. Browser records can be deleted through the site's data settings. Continued browsing and sending an email do not constitute consent.
